Move In/Out

  1. By signing this form you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
  2. This request must be lodged no less than 48 hours before the intended loading dock use.
  3. The Owners Corporation Rules are encompassed within this agreement and must be adhered to at all times.
  4. You may only use the loading dock within Prima Tower if you have gained the written consent from the building manager and this form is signed by the Building Manager.
  5. The building manager has the right to alter, change or cancel your booking request, the date and time of your book to ensure the safety of occupants within Prima Tower. In the event of an unforseen change or cancellation the building manager will notify you of alternative actions and dates prior to your move date and time allocation.
  6. The building manager is not responsible for any delays or associated costs and expenses in relation to your booking.
  7. All major deliveries, particularly move-ins and move-outs must be made via the Loading Dock at QueenBridge Street, not through the lobby.
  8. Your delivery or pick-up in the loading dock needs to be co-ordinated to ensure there are no other major deliveries scheduled.
  9. You are liable for any negligent damage and loss caused to an common property by your delivery/pick-up.
  10. Protective curtains are provided for the lift car, and you will have exclusive use of the lift provided by the building manager or Concierge.
  11. Jamming of the lift car doors will cause damage and you be held liable for the cost of repair and rectification.
  12. The loading dock is approximately 2.1 meters high, however you are responsible for ensuring these measures are accurate.
  13. The dimensions of the lift are approximately 1.8w X 1.6d X 2.8H with the door opening of 1.1w X 2.1. The load capacity of 1600kg however you are responsible for ensuring these measurements are accurate.
  14. Only one vehicle is permitted at any one time in the loading dock with a height restriction of 4.4m.
  15. You must ensure your goods do not block any corridors, emergency exits or passageways.
  16. You must immediately notify the building manager in the event of any damage or loss, whether minor or major, to any common property.
  17. You agree to fully release and indemnify the building manager and owners corporation of the Prima Tower in relation to any claim, action, demand, suit or proceeding for damages, loss, expenses, debt or compensation caused by or in connection with your use and access of the loading dock and common property.
  18. Any water connection or additional plumbing must be inspected by building management prior to installation.

  20. You can not move in before 7am, or after 6pm on any day. There is also a time limit of 1.5hrs and no additional time will be allocated.

 

Amenities

  1. To comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use;
  2. To comply with the Owners Corporation Rules at all times and, where applicable, will ensure that any guests, invitees or licensees also comply;
  3. To be fully responsible for any damage, repair and loss to any common property caused by or in connection with your use of the Recreational Facilities;
  4. To immediately notify the building manager or concierge staff of any damage or loss, weather minor or major, to any part of the Recreational Facilities;
  5. That you will not rent out all or any part of the Recreational Facilities;
  6. That you will not conduct any activity that may attract complaints or may be deemed unsafe or inappropriate;
  7. That you will not create any unreasonable noise or nuisance that disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of other users of the Recreational Facilities
  8. That you will keep the Recreational Facilities clean and tidy after use including, but not limited to, ensuring all furniture and equipment is placed at its original location as well as loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing all cutleries, utensils and crockery after use and returning them to their original position;
  9. That you will clean the sink, barbeque’s and all surrounding bench top and table surfaces after use;
  10. That you will remove all consumables if any, that are stored in the fridge after use;
  11. That you will report any breakage, damage or missing items immediately to the concierge or building management;
  12. That you will clean all spillage and remove stains immediately;
  13. That you will report any malfunction of equipment to the concierge or building management immediately;
  14. That you will not conduct any activity which may compromise the safety, health or wellbeing of people within the Recreational Facilities, and as otherwise required by Occupational Health & Safety legislation
  15. To reimburse the Owners Corporation for any costs, expenses or loss it incurs (including but not limited to breakage, repairs, damage, loss or faults) which have been caused by your use of the Recreational Facilities;
  16. To fully release and indemnify the building manager and Owners Corporation of the Prima Tower in relation to any claim, action, demand, suit or proceeding for damages, loss, expenses, debt or compensation caused by or in connection with your use and access (including any use or access by your guests, licensee or invitee) of the Recreational Facilities.
